Why did you name your bar 'The Hallo Dandy'?

Hallo Dandy is the name of the racehorse that won the 1984 Grand National. A few years after his victory, Hallo Dandy emerged in very poor condition. The Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre in Cumbria, ran by Carrie Humble, took him in and nourished him back to health.

Not only is the name cool! Hallo Dandy was a local hero who survived neglect bringing awareness to the aftercare of racehorses worldwide.
