Do you provide staff?

Our bar comes equipped with 2/3 members of staff depending on the event size. 

Do you provide glassware?

No, we don't. All of our drinks are served in fully compostable plastic cups. Our paper straws and napkins are also fully recyclable.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability insurance. 

Do you have the relevant liscensing in place?

We will apply for a Temorary Event Notice (TEN) before your event. This cost is covered in the booking fee. 

Can we reserve a date?

The date of your event is only secured once the booking fee has been paid. Certain dates are popular - so pay as soon as possible to avoid dissappointment!

How much space do you require?

The measurements for The Hallo Dandy (horsebox bar) are as follows: Height: 3m  Width: 2.4m Length: 6m 

Once parked up, we'd need an additional metre width wise (taking the total width up to 3.4m) to allows space for kegs and access. Please note that we also require space to park our van nearby. 

Do you need a power supply?

We require 1x 13 amp plug socket to power each bar. If power isn't available, we can bring our generator (charged at £10 per hour).

Can our guests pay for their drinks by card?

Yes, they can. We accept cash too!
