Whether you're planning a wedding, party or small get-together - The Hallo Dandy is the perfect addition to your special day. We will work closely with you to ensure you have drinks tailored to your event and guests. We also cover welcome drinks and table wine. Please contact us to discuss options.
The price of hiring us is just one simple booking fee.
Our £250 booking fee includes:
Securing your chosen date
A fully stocked and decorated bar with lager and cider on tap, bottled beers, wine, spirits and cocktails. Including consumables such as our fully compostable cups, straws and napkins, ice and garnishes.
A TEN application
Full use of our generator if needed
*Please note, a minimum spend may be implemented depending on the type of event and how many guests are attending. Any queries, please contact us.
Cash Bar
Your guests will order and pay at the bar via cash or card
Pre-paid Bar
You can put a set amount behind the bar so your guests can enjoy a drink or two on you
Open Bar
Fancy treating your guests? They won't be charged, the amount will be settled after the event
Events
Are you planning a corporate event or festival? We can tailor our bar to suit any event we attend. The Hallo Dandy is ready to go - we're fully insured and have the relevant licensing in place.
Festivals & Fairs
We pay a pitch fee or a percentage of our takings. Our bar can be tailored to particular themes and menu options to suit the organisers.
Sporting & Charity
We can provide a range of refreshing drinks for sport competitors and their fans on the sideline.
For charity events we can donate a proportion of our takings.
